journaling is good for those deep-down-private-hold-it-close-to-yourself thoughts...a year or so ago i found that blogging was like sitting down at a bar and simply letting loose whatever happened to be on your mind... i liked it, at times it helped me "exhale" and shrug off the cloak of the day...at other times it helped me recall the laughter of week... whatever the case, it helps... whether it's ever read or not...
